Entry to the Villa

Outside the Villa there is a key safe drilled into the wall with a combination code. Prior to departure you will be issued with the combination code.The key to the villa is secured within this key safe. You are advised to bring a torch to illuminate the combination key pad in case the external lights fail. You will also be issued with an emergency contact telephone number to contact our maintenance and cleaning representative, Tina, should you be unable to gain entry.

At the end of your holiday, please return the key to the key safe and secure it.

Maintenance

Internal maintenance issues can be directed through our maintenance and cleaning representative, Tina, in the first instance.

Cleaning

Cleaning will be provided for your arrival and then once per week after that. Additional cleaning can be arranged directly with Tina at price of CY£25 per visit.

Pool Maintenance

Pool maintenance is provided for your arrival and then once per week after that. Should you require additional pool maintenance/cleaning then it is charged at a rate of CY£7 per visit and can be arranged directly with our pool representative, Fitos. His telephone number is listed in the Welcome PAck at the Villa.
